The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics lists the median pay for Special Education Teachers at $57,910 per year. It’s worth noting, however, that this reflects an overall average of special education educators, including those with a master’s degree and those with only a baccalaureate degree. Typically, teachers with higher educational qualifications will earn more than teachers with only a bachelor’s degree.

Program Features

USF’s M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education requires a minimum of 33 credit hours.
